1. I, the artist, have the full right to the artwork therefore I am allowed to use it for: Promotional Material, Portfolios, Social Media Posts.
However, I am not allowed to: Sell the artwork to another individual/company (i.e. Merch, Prints, etc), claim the character(s) in the artwork to be mine.

2. You, the client, only have the right to the character(s) therefore you are only allowed to: Use the artwork for personal use (i.e. Reference), share it on your social media(s).
However, you are not allowed to: Sell the artwork to another individual/company (i.e. Merch, Prints, etc) unless the commission was for commercial use., use it for Promotional Material (Covers, Video, Ads, etc) or any form of profit., edit & Redistribute it to another individual/company (i.e. animations, recolouring, etc) without prior notice.
